Introductory Post

It’s been a while since I did an introductory post… So, here we go.

I’m Sarah Mosley, but I write and work under the name Sarah Jules. I own a freelance writing business (Sarah Jules Writing Services). I wholeheartedly believe I have the best job in the world. Before I started freelancing, I was a primary school teacher. I live in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, with my partner Danny and our rescue pup Buster. I lovingly refer to Danny as my tech support because, well, that’s his second (unpaid) job.

I’ve written two books (FOUND YOU and DON’T LIE), and I’m currently writing/procrastinating books number 3, 4 & 5.

I LOVE anything horror-related. When I was about thirteen, I started working through the Top 100 Horror Films of All Time list, and finished it before I was sixteen. I’ve always been brought up around books, but discovered my love of reading as a teenager thanks to Stephen King and Jeffery Deaver.

When I’m not reading, or writing, you’ll find me at the cinema, at the gym, or hanging out with family and friends.

I have a BA in Primary Education, and a MA in Education. I would love to one day go back to university and do another MA degree – this time it would be English Literature, for sure.

Fun fact: I’m fairly heavily tattooed and have a bunch of horror and bookish tattoos (some of which I’m actually having covered). If money was no object, I’d probably have a full-body suit by now!
