A very quick reminder…

Interact with their social media: share, comment, like.

Bring them snacks, coffee, and perhaps alcohol.

Talk them down from the ledge when they, inevitably, find themselves in a spiral about their capabilities as an author.

Attempt to prevent them from selling their souls to the Devil. It may seem like an easy way out, but they’ll regret it in the long run.

Read their books, and leave reviews. Even bad reviews are better than no reviews.

Remove all distractions from their vicinity. Writers are terrible procrastinators, and will use any excuse to do anything other than write.
